The commonly used socket welding method for PP pipe welding sleeve is to use sandpaper to wipe off the surface of the joint between the pipe or pipe components. If there is a problem with grease on the surface, wipe with vinyl chloride or acetone, insert both sides into the welding sleeve, and insert the two sides between the welding sleeves. When inserting, oil and water are not allowed at both ends, no movement or touch power is allowed in the middle, and secondary welding is not allowed during welding. An hour after the welding is completed, the joint can be completely cooled, then pressurized in the pipe and pulled out from the outside to ensure that the joint does not deform.
Straight pipe must be cut with a pipe cutter to ensure that the pipe seat is very flat. The part where the socket is inserted into the welding sleeve shall not be scratched or deformed by more than 1 mm, and the used welding sleeve shall not be reused. If the welding sleeve is damaged or deformed, it should be discarded and not used. If the connection fails, replace the welding sleeve with a new welding sleeve for re-welding. If the welding sleeve fails due to a power failure, insert the secondary wire for re-welding after the secondary wire has cooled completely. If the pipe should be stressed immediately after welding, pour cold water to cool it.
PP pipe has good fluidity, but the shrinkage category and shrinkage value are large, which is prone to shrinkage, pockmarking and deformation. The cooling speed of the PP tube is fast, so the pouring system software and the cooling system should release heat slowly, and pay attention to controlling the molding temperature. During ultra-low temperature pressing, especially when the shell temperature is lower than 50°C, the plastic parts are messy, which may easily lead to poor welding and printing. PP pipe has excellent electrical properties and high frequency dielectric strength and will not be damaged by ambient humidity.
PP pipes are suitable for the manufacture of general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts and insulation parts. After reaching the heating temperature, immediately remove the PP tube from the heating jacket and heating head, and quickly insert the marked deep layer. Do not rotate, this creates a symmetrical boss at the joint. The joint can be rechecked at this point, but rotation is strictly prohibited. The production and processing technology of pipes is exactly the same, the key is sealing control, punching, punching, bulging, necking (diameter), flaring, flanging, rolling, etc. Each production and processing process can be completed by different plastic production and processing methods.
