PP Duct Fittings

Duct fittings connect, branch, change direction and terminate PP duct runs. XICHENG manufactures injection-moulded PP fittings that match the same material and joining method as the straight duct, so a complete system can be specified from one supplier – from φ20-500mm round fittings up to flanges covering φ110-1200mm, plus made-to-order square duct fittings.

Specifications

Round fittings are injection moulded in PP, giving consistent dimensions, smooth surfaces and shorter production times for standard sizes. They join the duct run by hot air welding with socket connection reinforcement, resist acids and alkalis across pH 1-14 and operate from -15°C to 80°C. Sizes cover elbows, tees and reducers from φ20-500mm, couplings to φ600mm and flanges up to φ1200mm; custom dimensions are made to order.
