PP Rectangular and Square Ducts

Rectangular and square PP duct is used where round duct does not fit the building: flush wall runs, laboratory layouts and equipment connections that need flat, space-efficient duct profiles. XICHENG offers PP rectangular ducts, square ducting and square duct fittings in made-to-order sizes, fabricated by bending and hot air welding PP sheet.

Fabrication and Sizing

Square and rectangular ducts are fabricated to order from PP sheet: the sheet is cut, bent to the required cross-section and joined by hot air welding, so non-standard widths and heights can be produced without tooling changes. Flange or socket connections join sections, and material properties follow the same PP grade used across the system – acid and alkali resistant across pH 1-14, operating from -15°C to 80°C.
